Fashion Designer
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I take a lot of inspiration from my Midwest roots. I find a great deal of the inspiration for my work from vintage pieces. Spending a lot of time at flea markets, thrift stores, estate sales, and so on, Iām inspired by old workwear, vintage sporting uniforms, and all things Americana. I have found I gravitate towards imperfect things, using natural materials, and reworking garments. My style of design treads the line between masculine and feminine, with my womenswear silhouettes focusing on how to take menswears garments and add a feminine twist to them.
One of the most important things for me as a designer is being able to tell a story through a brand and building a lifestyle around it. I value quality clothing, and all the components that go into making a garment. From the inspiration and research to the final collection, where our clothing is coming from, how it needs to be taken care of, and what the story behind it, is something I strive to show through my designs.
